When booking your trip, please keep in mind that you are traveling to an area outside of the United States, with its own customs, traditions, and culture. Additionally many of the sporting amenities we are accustomed to in the US are not available in other countries. We strive to provide you with the best the area has to offer! Some of our trips have extremely competitive tournament play while others exist to continue spreading softball to other countries. Either way, you will serve as an ambassador of softball and ABSA! We encourage you to complete your own research on your destination. Google StreetView is a great way to explore the area!

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly encouraged to travel with ABSA. Most policies insure your protection against cancellations or trips being delayed due to airlines, illness, injury, etc. Please double check you purchased the correct policy for your needs including coverage for COVID-19 related cancellations and delays.
We highly reccomened that you to speak with a travel insurance agent to invest in your specific needs are catered to, and answer any questions or concerns you may have. including questions about COVID-19.
Passport & COVID-19 Entry Requirements
You must have a valid passport to enter Germany/Austria. U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

$250 non-refundable deposit per person required to register.

2025
The meeting point for arrival in Germany is at Munich International Airport (MUC) on June 17 at 10AM. Please arrive no later than 10 AM on June 17 as the bus will depart the airport at 11 AM.
For return flight, ABSA will provide ONE airport transfer at 6 AM on June 26. Please book flights accordingly (should arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to departure).
2026
The meeting point for arrival in Germany is at Munich International Airport (MUC) on June 16 at 10AM. Please arrive no later than 10 AM on June 17 as the bus will depart the airport at 11 AM.
For return flight, ABSA will provide ONE airport transfer at 6 AM on June 25. Please book flights accordingly (should arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to departure).
2027
The meeting point for arrival in Germany is at Munich International Airport (MUC) on June 15 at 10AM. Please arrive no later than 10 AM on June 17 as the bus will depart the airport at 11 AM.
For return flight, ABSA will provide ONE airport transfer at 6 AM on June 24. Please book flights accordingly (should arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to departure).
